How to Obtain a Work Permit 

Starting July 1, 2023, work permits will no longer be available to be obtained at DeLong Middle School as the Department of Workforce Development's Equal Rights Division has developed a new online work permit application tool. 

Click here for the Department of Workforce Development online application and information. Payment is made directly to the department through the application using a debit card, credit card, or by ACH direct withdrawal. Once the permit application is complete, the Department mails a paper copy of the permit to the employer.
