Registration, Fees, and Sports Physicals
To register your student for DeLong Middle School Athletics, please complete the following:
Online Registration
New Fall 2025: ECASD middle and high school athletics registration has moved from rSchool today to Arbiter Registration. Please read the following instructions and notes before starting the registration process.
Registration: The first step will be creating a family account, if you haven't already. At the bottom of the registration page, there will be two options (1) Create Account and (2) Log in. Do not create a family account each season. Please keep track of your account information and log in to your account for future registrations. Each family will have only one account; multiple family members may be registered under the same account.
- Athletic Code: As part of the process, you will acknowledge receipt of athletic code information and attendance at a mandatory Athletic Code meeting. You will have opportunity to review and/or print the athletic code within the registration process if you wish.
- Athletic Forms: You will be entering emergency contact information, doctor/insurance, and medical information. To make the process go smoothly, have that information available to you before you begin.
- Concussion Information: Within the registration process, you will be provided concussion and head injury information which you should review and/or print. You will be asked to acknowledge receipt of this information.
- Sports Physical Forms must be signed by the physician and turned into the main office or uploaded to online registration for participation in athletics. If you are unsure of your athlete’s sports physical status, please contact the Athletic Secretary at 715-852-4994. Sports physicals are valid for up to two years.
- If you have had a physical recently, you can upload it into the registration process. (Scan a copy or take a picture and save on your computer or device). If you prefer, you may submit a paper copy to the athletic office instead.
- You will be asked to enter the date of your most recent physical in the online registration. If you do not know that date but believe it is still current, leave it blank and the DeLong office will enter it. If it is out of date, the athletic office will contact you.
Athletic Fee Payment
*ECASD families with incoming 6th graders or incoming 9th graders, middle or high school families with students who have moved schools in the ECASD for 2025-2026, and new ECASD middle and high school families, please note the following:
Due to unforeseen issues with MySchoolBucks, if your student is in one of the groups listed above, you are unable to pay athletic and activity fees online until August 1, 2025. This issue only affects the groups listed above. All other families may pay fees online at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
Athletic fees can be conveniently and securely paid online through www.myschoolbucks.com.
Families that qualify for free and reduced meals also qualify for free and reduced fees. The fee for students who qualify for reduced priced meals is $21 per sport/activity. Students who qualify for free meals will NOT pay a fee. If your student qualifies for free or reduced meals, their status will be automatically applied in MySchoolBucks. Even if your student qualifies for free meals, you must still log into MySchoolBucks to “pay” the fee of $0 or fill out the “2025-26 Middle School Fee Form” and check the box that says, “YES! I give permission to use the NSLP free and reduced information to receive the discount for Eau Clare Area School District Participation Fees.”
